  • Stopped receiving push requests? - Try turning your phone to airplane mode and back to normal operating mode again. - If you are in an area with good cell phone coverage, try turning off the WiFi connection on your device and using the cellular data connection. - Check the time and date on your phone and make sure they are correct. - If none of these suggestions work, contact the Support Center.
  • Lost your phone? Contact the Support Center right away and report it.
  • You are not getting the phone call? If you are in an area with weak cellular signal, phone calls and text messages may be delayed. Wait a few minutes or walk to an area with a stronger cellular signal. Open your DUO mobile app to generate a one-time passcode.
